I do understand this is from a korean webtoon thing or something but it's so weird when the characters' names in the subs don't match with the japanese audio dialogues.

They don't? I watched the Erai one, and the names seemed to match. Was wondering which country the anime was from, though, since the names definitely aren't Japanese but the drawings seem to be. :)

@ArniVidar the names in the japanese audio don't match with what's written in the subtitles. Main character gets called Mizushino in the audio but subtitles read Jinwoo, and the girl's name in the audio is Mizuki while the subs text says Joohee. Same with all the names of the other characters, subs names are korean while audio are japanese. It just feels so weird and gets so distracting when things don't match like that. gonna check Erai raws release for the next episode.

@TanukiPaws Check the ASW release, they are speaking japanese with korean names there, it's likely there's two japanese dubs.

@TanukiPaws Oh, that's less than ideal. That's definitely not the case for the version I watched.

@Icarusu ohh so there's actually two japanese dubs. figures. I thought people meant there was two versions of the subs, one with japanese names. there I went downloading stuff and pulling the subs files but none seemed to have japanese names... thanks m8, just checked ASW release and they do say the korean names in the japanese audio. it's way less distracting that way.

was just about to post. i cannot even fathom why, but there are TWO Japanese versions. one with Japanese names (like here) and one with Korean names (like Judas).

not sure why EMBER used the Korean named subs with the Japanese audio, but maybe he didn't catch it.

anyways, going elsewhere. this isn't really watchable...

@Icarusu: where did you see ASW subs of this at? i searched but didn't find any.
