First aired: Aug 16, 1981 This is an animated version of a popular Japanese ghost story known as "Yotsuya Kaidan". This version is narrated by storyteller Ichiryusai Teisui (一龍斎 貞水), who also provides voices for all of the characters. It's a mix of both live-action and animation, so you'll often see Ichiryusai appear while narrating the story. This OVA was released on DVD back in 2005, which is where this rip comes from.
