Scott P. is anime through and through, though, from Japanese studio and all that jazz, most of the people involved with production are Japanese as well so It's somewhat weird if nyaa doesn't allow it... Bu maybe VARYG could upload Scott with Japanese audio and all multi-subs... elsewhere?
