There's a much better version of this floating around the internet with English subs, this is the release name if anyone is interested:

However, if you haven't seen it in theaters yet, I'd still recommend waiting for a proper release or for it to show in a theater near you.
Japanese audio, hard coded subs, not sure what language they are. It's watchable I suppose if you're desperate to see the movie, but I'd recommend waiting for a better copy or seeing it in theaters if you can.
