@RaptoR For the audio issue, that is an issue with Netflix going out of sync randomly. See comp: https://slow.pics/c/k1fmPNHc this comp is for E01 but I assume it is a similar case for this one. I guess the audio was just trimmed to match the video at the start but, it would go out of sync later in the episode.

not the case here, I checked amazon jpn and eng audio (this release), hidive jpn and eng, adn and netflix, the audio cut off is the same in all of them at the same point and the scene change is at the same point, only difference is +/- 24 black frames in the beginning, every source has it end about half a second too early
