This is the Kamen Rider Decade musical stage play, with a translation originally made by KITSubs and a few new translations (song names) by RiderTime, on a higher quality video encoded from the official DVDs.

This video is hardsubbed 480p 30fps 8-bit H.264. There is another torrent with a softsubbed 480p 60fps version.
