This is a scrub of the film Kamen Rider Ghost REBIRTH - Kamen Rider Specter.

The video is provided from the Blu-Rays by OZC. The translation is primarily based on the Ei translation, with the ending theme taken from the TV-Nihon translation and a line retranslated by RiderTime. Some elements have been adjusted for spelling/grammar and to match the Over-Time translation of the series more closely.

This file is a 1080p 8-bit H.264 softsub, there are other torrents with 720p and 480p versions.
