Delinquent in Drag / Oira Sukeban
with english softsubs.
Again it is based on Bowling Ball Fansubs DVD release, be sure to thank them, too! ( https://nyaa.si/view/772655 )
I used the Hanako subs with slight changes and added the translated ED to the subs. The signs were done very nicely by BBF, so I used the ASS instead of my usual cheap SRT style.
