@jcraw seems to pretty consistently have tags and stuff all over the place which weren't converted properly alas
Oh, what the fuck. That is a first. Having opened the sub from the mkv left the as is, extracting the subs file and then opening it then turns it into {i} still works as italic in MPC but not in VLC/MPV I see.
