@StazCherryBlood For context from august 10 I wasn't home and was still releasing from remote desktop but then windows automatically rebooted my pc with an update and I couldn't connect to it :(

letting windows update is entirely on the user. you can disable automatic updates entirely. at least on windows 10. maybe you can't on 11 but that would be a great reason not to use it.
