About the money problem, I know a certain discord bot using which you can download almost all music from Qobuz and Tidal (Lossless Services) without any registration. They don't have all the anime music (like the ones I requested above) but might help you to get a lot of em' without paying anything. If you're okay with sharing your discord ID then I can DM you the invite. Can't share here for obvious reasons.
