This is Nineteen, an unusual experimental/alternative manhwa published by Drawn and Quarterly. If you haven't read any of Ancco's works before, I recommend trying Bad Friends first, and then try this one if you liked Bad Friends. Nineteen is a collection of short stories. Drawn and Quarterly publishes some good stuff that is often overlooked. Mostly graphic novels but sometimes some sweet manga like this. Thanks for sharing!
