Black Jack 21, specials and two doctors (subs only)
I transcribed the Black Jack 21 subs from dp-f-b release ( https://anidb.net/group/3341 ) and timed them to mottoj release: https://nyaa.si/view/1243806
Shortcomings: I couldn't translate all of the previews. It affects about three of the later EPs (9+).

Can you please also ocr Hi no Tori/ Phoenix subtitles by froth bite as well?
@RyzakiT: I answered about Phoenix in my Fuuma No Kojiro torrent. There are enough English subs out already. I won't do that.
I will work on the specials (4 EPs) and the two doctors of darkness. As far as I can see, those are not soft subbed yet. I do not intend to do more... time is very limited and the task is tiring.
https://nyaa.si/view/1508495 has soft subtitles (actually dubtitles) for the 2004 TV series up to episode 51 (also 720p video, but cropped to 16:9).
