Subbed version of a short anime promo for the Famicom game "Valis: The Fantasm Soldier", which was included in Vol. 11 of Victor Entertainment's "AnimeVision" VHD video magazine series.
The transfer used for this release is a slight improvement over the previous capture that's been floating on the internet for some time now.
