I ended up grabbing these retail subs from subscene: https://subscene.com/subtitles/the-tunnel-to-summer-the-exit-of-goodbyes-natsu-e-no-tunnel-sayonara-no-deguchi/english/3110665 Didn't notice any glaring problems, they seem fine to me, and all the text messages are translated.
