Any reason why Amazon wouldn't upload it? Also, this seems like a higher-quality source than Amazon anyway.

Amazon for some reason released the episode but it doesn't play or download, just a warning message appears saying that there was a problem with the video and that it should come back later, I waited more than 24 hours of release and the message continued.

Actually, this one is worse in quality than the Amazon one. But for some reason it looked like it had a higher bitrate for the first minute or two.
