Thanks for this classic.

In case someone is wondering what's the difference between 1r0n's and danke's volume 2 releases, danke forgot to delete the split pages (216 and 217) after joining them, so that's why it has more 2 pages than 1r0n's. Also, 1r0n did a better job joining those split pages.
