Are the subs properly styled? Did you remux the subs to mkv? What about fonts if any?

You should have set aspect ratio to 16:9 on all files

That's the way the files came for aspect ratio. All I did was attach subs.

easy fix just use ffmpeg, don't even need to re-encode. yeah would have been nice if OP had done the leg work but it's not the end of the world.

or pull the RAWS yourselves because the aspect ratio is fine on those. So definitely something between RAWS and OP dropping subs on them, but easy fix nonetheless and I am grateful for this still seeding the fong subs so win-win.
