I rechecked all bitrate available through two different methods. Rechecked with ytdlp again also. This is highest bitrate in my region. Sorry if it's unsatisfactory but this is the best I can do.

No worries, it wasn't anything against the release and the US does seem to get better downloads so that could be why. I'm glad someone is putting it on here, and it's great for the guys who want a smaller release. Just wasn't for me is all. You're good. :-)
As much as I thought about downloading this, I pulled the one from youtube and it should be closer to 750mb size. So guessing this is superlow bitrate. So, I'm going to pass. But it's cool someone thought to put this up here. :-)
