Method 1: (by using the mka files directly)

There seem to be an issue where using these files externally makes the audio out of sync but muxing them in the main mkv file is fine, so please mux them instead.

Method 2: (adding the audio dub files to the video files)

Use MKVToolNix: drop the mkv and mka files together in the main window and start multiplexing.
