@miniblock use any avqilable decoder. I personally use windows extension to open them in explorer.

@Ken-Sama you may complain about superseded format, yet avif gains over ~1mb against png while flif gives ~40% lesser size over png. If decoding support is the main concern, I will use cloud links for scans in png/bmp next time and exclude them from torrent (since I don't want to hold them anyway).
