Not sure if bait, but if not: your knowledge is waaaay outdated. Most anime nowadays are >720p. Sure, 1080p is still rare, but you have a wide range of 720p to 1080p productions - most actually having variable resolution for different stuff. On top of that, 720p downscales are usually with worse encoding settings than 1080p for streaming services.

Also, I got these CRC checksums in 7-zip on Win10: Data only: 7AE92159 Data and names: 1CBE971C (I don't know why it gives two sums and what they mean) They're both different from what is posted here (crc32: 82B1B8F9)
