It's the 4 episodes in one, there's even endings and openings every 25 minutes. For full movie, we will have to wait for BD.

Edit: After research: There's been no theatrical premiere of the alleged movie and in the community comments there're assumptions that this sequel is supposed to be a collection which'll be available on disc eventually.
There was a theatrical premiere of the movie version. I went and saw it in the theater personally, on Valentine's Day. There were no OPs and EDs, just the eyecatches. But the way the movie was storyboarded, now that I've also seen the episode versions, it was clearly intended from the start to be sliced up for a TV broadcast.
