Came here to ask the same thing. What's up with this dub?

Edit: Apparently the dub for episode 7 is on CR? The uploader stated it was only listed on certain APIs in his earlier episodes, my only guess is that's why normal uploaders aren't doing it. I guess we have to wait and hope this guy remembers to keep it up.
