TV encode (much better quality). This ep is encoded from TVK instead of ABC because of a capping failure; the quality is a bit worse than ABC, but still much better than the web rips.

Ep 3's translation is already done, but I'll be afk for the next 12-ish hours so here's the raw. Subs are pretty much done, same place as usual. Will mux and release later.

Next two episodes will have raws/subs released a few days late regardless of whether I manage to get the ABC caps.

note to self: fix decimation glitch near the end
