If by your file name you mean this is an episode from season 6, and is episode number 124 overall, you need to change that because they're confusing and literally nothing can parse them.
Either stick to the normal S06E11 (which is what episode 124 is) or just use absolute order numbering and say "My Hero Academia 124" or something.
I know Crunchyroll displays the episodes this way on their site, but that doesn't make it not "wrong". It would be really helpful if you could stick to standard scene ordering.
