Was wondering why audio felt off, but realized the audio source is not from BD. Not sure why that is the case, though.

The english dub track stops just at the "next episode" previews section so depending on your player, it may either continue playing with no audio (expected) or do something unexpected. For me, when kodi gets to that section, it actually jumps back to an earlier chapter. So as far as I know, this anime doesn't have any post-credit extra scenes.
