The only retarded person is you. Instead of crying and complaining, you can always download Erai-Raws or any other release that use wrong episode number... The other options already exist for you.
Personally, I prefer official naming. Don't like it then just download other release
Or there is also the option of downloading something and changing the file name to whatever takes one's fancy. However, that maybe stretching the capabilities of the minds of some people.
I actually prefer the episode number just increasing. Then I store it in the same directory as the previous season instead of a new one, and it's nice to see it all together and uniform.
