Video: Denoise, Dehalo, Deband. Audio: DTS-HDMA to Opus 5.1 @768kbps Subs: Improved Typesetting + Modified Bilibili + Shiniori.

Video had a lot of artifacts so filtered it. Subs were also awful and after spending a lot of time, here we are. The subs are definitely better than Bilibili subs but I don't think these are better than what Crunchyroll will offer. But until it is available in Crunchyroll this is the better version.
