Are these raws not 1080p and better than the DVDs? https://nyaa.si/view/1571606 Sorry, I'm a noob to this. I just want the one with the best quality.

Those are TV rips, they may be better, but I don't know off hand. I just used the DVDs since i still had the ISOs and they were already pretty clean. Also that version has the TV ads still in it.
