Where does it say it includes subs?
"every show comes with Japanese subs (aka CCs, or, Closed Captions), unless stated otherwise." It wasn't stated otherwise.
Clearly you see it's crossed out, meaning there's none... pay attention.
Did NOT include Japanese subs.
