Episode 19 broadcast delayed until December 2 now. Paraphrasing from their website: Additional time is needed "to maintain quality"; Level 5 and OLM have been working very closely to bring everyone high quality anime. Level 5 apologizes for the delays, but things are proceeding smoothly now and they hope that from Episode 20 onward they'll be able to keep a regular schedule.
Will you do the Megaton Musashi Comp movie, Season 1 special edition, or episode 17 special edition in the meantime?
maybe, but need raws to even consider it.
