@MrGameVlogger The video is taken directly from ADN. However, you can check in mediainfo "Frame rate 23.976 FPS"

ADN's quality is a tad better than hidive, but the quality still leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, you have to wait for the bluray release if you want better quality (well, and on top of that, there will probably be a lot less censorship). If no one will take my subtitles for BD version, I'll do it myself.
