HEVC with a rate factor of 15 is way into placebo territory (keep in mind the same rate factor on x264 and x265 does completely different things), but whatever.
@XerBlade Yeah, I know that, it's just personal preference, I use a variety CRF values depending on the content of the anime and what source was used for my release. Fyi, I use CRF 22/23 for my reencode [SanKyuu] Mobile Suit Gundam SEED + Destiny HD Remaster [BD 720p HEVC OPUS] long ago.
