[🍆🧀xRock ON!!] Bocchi the Rock! - 04 [1080p x264 10bit][551448C9]

Hey hey weebs, なずちーず here.

Since a more useful encoder has stepped up to take the place of Bocchi I'll be stepping down from weekly encoding it.

As per usual, slap it on whatever shitty subs you own. yuv420 @ 10bit. There has been some changes to the encode. Mainly tweaking of --psy-rd to be lower that previously. Script has less strong denoise + stronger halo mask to stop it from ruining background detail too much.
