Changelog:

• edited subtitle styling
• added a few signs
• audio tracks 1 and 2 were encoded to OPUS (libopus)
• video was encoded to HEVC (libx265, crf 20, yuv420p10le)
• naming scheme matches TheTVDB.com (for plex/radarr/emby/jellyfin/kodi compatibility)

Note: Border 2 has a mislabeled third audio track which is isn't commentary, but just a stereo english-audio track.
