Exactly that. If you grab the NDK release you'll find that there's two separate English translations as well as a dubtitle script. They don't match the dub at all.

Thanks a lot. FYI, you can delay both sub tracks by 20025 milliseconds to get it perfectly synced with the TTGA BD release.
