Umm, it doesn't even have ENG audio at all, this is a JPN BD, so how it would be possible to base them on dub track that does not even exist? Short answer: Japanese.
can you provide a SRT or ASS subtites format? have no idea what to do with PGS because online converter has an enormous queque.
