Is it just me or the video have serious issues & in various segments it breaks & skip a bit forward.. it happen 3 times already to me in the first 6 minutes.

EDIT: so I just dl the episode from Erai & this doesn't happen in their encode so yep there is definitely a problem with SP encode.
