I hope Vodes can comment about Amazon as an encoding source. I've been wondering about it since seeing that Amazon had way more grain than CR in 01 despite not being much higher bitrate in grain scenes. It made me wonder if Amazon was "cheating" somehow (high psy settings? I don't really know how that all works).

Gonna have to admit I only saw comps with amazon (IT) but those were atleast promising for the grainy/flashback episodes.
