This is an early airing in Abema, apparently The show starts in other JP streaming sites and TV stations the day Hidive is airing it, actually. So Hidive was given the same treatment as every JP streaming site and TV station that isn't Abema

Literally on Prima Doll's MAL page:

Prima Doll was streamed one week in advance of the TV broadcast on Abema beginning July 3, 2022. Regular broadcasting began on July 9, 2022.

Paripi Koumei / Ya boy Kongming had the same Abema deal yet it was on Hidive the same day.

Maybe Sentai failed to negotiate, maybe Abema was more restricitve with this show for some reason. Maybe they didn't want to spend the extra money to get the early release of a show 2 seasons in a row

Where can I watch this english subbed?

@Darken unless somebody decides to fansub this, you're gonna have to wait until 8 July (JST) for Crunchyroll (or whomever it is) to sub it. This was shown early and will be repeated at the normal time (https://primadoll.jp/onair.html). I'm not sure when exactly the EN subs will come out, but it'll probably somewhere around then.
