I completely missed this due to always having 'No remakes' on as default. By the way, why are the subs from E-D different to the other two? Were there two different official translations?

The only fact I know about this is that the E-D subs are the same as the official DVD R1 translation, not sure where the translation for SDIncorporation and YellowASS originates from.
