What's the source of the video? I'm just wondering why your video is 20% bigger than the SubsPlease's direct rip from streaming services, is your video from a source that is somehow significantly higher in bitrate than theirs or are you doing something extremely wrong to end up with a HEVC re-encode that manages to increase the file size?
