@ghooul She was basically explaining why she bothers breaking the 3D body's head when the shadow is the true body.
The shadow's true body is the 2D one. Attacking the 3D body won't deal any damage, but it does rely on the 3D body's eyes to see me. If the shadows find out I know how to kill them, they'll be weary and won't approach me. to kill them, it's best to do it at the same time.
