Original Upload by JDRayas on Archive.org, I just fixed the syncing of the audio because it's not synced properly for some reason.
The second disc of the Tagalog dub of 1989's Bye Bye Liberty Crisis that came with issues of Questor anime magazine in the year 2002.
This upload contains an 1:1 CD image of the disc itself as well as an MP4 file for the second part of the movie.
