V2 Changelog: Upon receiving a request on discord, I decided to style all the signs which GSK skipped (and activated them).

Most of them are merely nametags and nothing special.

The video source was also changed from Beatrice's to the BDMV, which was uploaded a few days ago.

• stylied and timed signs which GSK skipped
• copied english audio track from EMBER's release
• encoded the video tracks to HEVC (libx265, yuv420p10le, crf 19)
• encoded the japanese audio track from PCM to OPUS (libopus)
• naming scheme matches TheTVDB.com (for plex/sonarr/radarr/emby/jellyfin/kodi compatibility)
