Release notes: This anime is a very bad upscale from 720 with a lanczos core. There is a very strong ringing and jagges. Compared to the old version of 264 from 2017, I tried to fix it a lot better so that it matches the quality of the second season of 2021. In addition slight de-noise with de-band and detail preservation mask to prevent destruction on dark scenes. That was encoded in HEVC 10-bit with safe compression settings to produce transparent quality video.
