In Japan there was a 3 month break between the broadcast of episode 21 and episode 22.
I assume they're replicating that with the dub for silly reasons... Either way we've heard nothing as to when to expect the dub for those episodes.
Though even if they did hit today, we're still waiting on Kantai to finish with the fansubs for them too.
@LostYears The dub VA for Shin was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer and has stepped away from VA work to focus on recovery. He's been recast now and episode 22 came out today, with 23 coming next week.
What happened to episodes 22 and 23? It's been over a month since this one was posted. Is crunchyroll sitting on those for some reason?
