"F" is "Fixed". Something like splitted page is merged, lower size, etc. If you want to save your storage you can download "F" version. But for me I just stick to the original (bigger size). . . . OH and there's full color version too here https://nyaa.si/view/1414229

Not sure about other volumes but pages in v1 are cropped. Kockdansha messed up again. Few volumes in the previous rips were cropped too.
