Seemed more than serviceable to me (just rewatched the series and QCed my OVA release last weekend) Timing is spot on, TS is not crazy but appropriate, no missing attachments, default track flags are set, stream orders are consistent, etc. TL could be tweaked a little but fine overall (leaving some of the gags/puns aside, but they're so random / nonsensical that I cannot think of a great way to convey them to English speakers anyway)
